Luma
One practice a day. Matched to your mood. A companion that evolves as you do.
Sound familiar?
Hundreds of programs. Dozens of teachers. Endless choices — and somehow you end up doing nothing. Or you start, miss two days, and feel too guilty to come back.
Luma works differently. Instead of a library, you get one practice a day — chosen for how you actually feel that morning. Short enough to fit your life. Meaningful enough to come back to.
How it works
Each session starts with how you're actually feeling — not how you think you should feel. Luma adjusts the practice to meet you there.
Guided breathing, gentle reflection, ambient music. No prep, no gear, no studio. Just a few intentional minutes wherever you are.
Complete practices to earn lumens and build your streak. Missing a day won't break it — Luma has a grace period, because life happens.
Optional journaling prompts help you notice what shifts over time. Small observations become a record of real change.
The companion
Choose a companion at the start: a fox, crane, otter, or stag. As you practice, they evolve — from Hatchling to Seeker to Keeper. It's not a streak counter. It's a reflection of the depth you've built.
When you open Luma after a week away, your companion doesn't look disappointed. They're just glad you're back.
